Third Grade Boot Camp

Third graders were visited by a special guest in April. Sgt. Sanghoon Lee from the Northwestern University Police Department delivered a pep talk before they began their annual state testing. He reminded them to remain calm, rely on everything they have already learned this year, try their best, and to rest up so their minds and bodies are ready to do their best. Following his visit, third grade classrooms engaged in a “testing boot camp” during the week leading up to the state testing. Third graders were pumped to show off what they learned this year! We wish all of our students the best of luck as they demonstrate their knowledge on the state and district tests this month.
