Our kindergarteners have been diving into the fascinating world of wild and domestic animals! Last week, their focus was on reptiles—discovering where they live, what they eat, and the unique things they can do.
A special highlight of the week in Mrs. Shanahan’s class was a visit from Mr. Holmes, who brought along his classroom pet—a friendly bearded dragon named Puff! The students were thrilled to observe Puff up close, watching how he moves and learning about his incredible physical features, like his scaly skin and beard. They also got to see what Puff likes to eat, sparking excitement and curiosity.
This hands-on experience brought their lessons to life, making it a memorable and fun way to explore the amazing world of reptiles. Learning has never been so engaging!
